Journal-ready guarantee: every figure is delivered at your journal’s required size, resolution, color mode and file format. If the journal or reviewers ask for changes to the figure’s format or layout, I make them free.
First-project guarantee: on your first project with me, if the first sketch doesn’t work for you, you can stop there and I refund your deposit in full.
Human-made, no generative AI: every figure is created from scratch in Adobe Illustrator. I don’t use AI image generators, so there are no AI-disclosure or image-integrity questions at submission.
Colour-blind-safe on request: I can build your figure on a colour-blind-safe palette and check it in a colour-vision simulator before delivery. See why it matters.
Graphical abstracts & central illustrations: most fit the Graphic tier; dense multi-panel review summaries are Complex. Examples: LAK to CIK in glioma (published), ICH & SAH mortality, circRNAs in stroke. Check your journal’s specs in the graphical abstract size guide.
Rush delivery: need it sooner? Rush halves the turnaround for +50% of the tier price (Basic in 2 days, Graphic in 4, Complex in 7).
Full copyright transfer: standard usage rights are included in every tier. If you or your publisher need to own the image outright, full copyright transfer is available for +100%.

Testimonials
Sana Hamidi
I collaborated with Soheil Zamen Milani on a graphical abstract for our research article. He did an excellent job turning complex scientific ideas into a clear and visually appealing design. Professional, creative, and easy to work with. Highly recommended 🙏🏻👌🏻
Mirza Mohammad Ali Baig
I had the chance to work with Soheil on my CDC WONDER project looking at ICH vs. SAH mortality in the US. I asked him to create a central illustration for the study, and he absolutely nailed it. He understood the concept right away and turned it into something clear, professional, and visually engaging. What stood out to me was how easy it was to communicate with him. It felt more like collaborating with a friend than just assigning a task. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone who needs design work done with both skill and reliability. Keep up the great work 👍 👏
Amirhossein Mohammad Zaheri
I had the chance to work with Soheil as a scientific graphic designer, and his work in this field is truly outstanding. What impressed me most was how well he understood the scientific content and turned it into creative, clear, and visually appealing illustrations. His use of colors and sense of aesthetics made the visuals stand out, and this quality has led us to continue further collaborations.
Reza RahbarGhazi

FAQ
How do I pay?
By PayPal (credit and debit cards are accepted through PayPal checkout, no PayPal account needed) or crypto (USDT or USDC). A 50% deposit starts the project and the rest is due before I send the final files. If your institution needs an invoice, I’ll provide one.
My deadline is tight. Can you deliver faster?
Yes. Rush delivery halves the turnaround for +50% of the tier price: Basic in 2 days, Graphic in 4, Complex in 7. Tell me your deadline when you get in touch.
Can you match a specific journal’s figure requirements (size, DPI, color mode, file format)?
Yes. Send me the journal’s author guidelines (or just the journal name) and I’ll format the final files to match. Every figure is journal-ready: if the journal or reviewers ask for changes to the figure’s format or layout, I make them free. See the graphical abstract size guide for common publisher specs.
Do you sign an NDA for unpublished data?
Absolutely. If your data or findings are unpublished, just let me know when you reach out and I’ll sign an NDA before we start.
Can you work from a rough sketch or whiteboard photo?
Yes. A rough sketch, whiteboard photo, or even a verbal description is enough to start. I’ll turn it into a clean, publication-ready figure.
What if I need changes after the free revision round(s)?
Additional rounds are available at a fixed rate depending on your tier (see Revision Policies below). I’ll always quote the cost before starting extra work.
Do I own the final image?
By default you receive a license to use the figure for the purposes agreed at commission (see Usage Rights for full details), and I retain copyright as the creator, which is standard practice in medical illustration. If you or your publisher need to own the image outright, full copyright transfer is available for +100% of the project price.
Revision Policies
Color tweaks, label/text edits, moving elements, swapping an icon, and fixing a factual error the client flags are all included in the original price.
If the client changes the concept after seeing the draft, adds new content/elements not in the original brief, or asks for a second full pass after the included rounds are used, the revision prices will apply.
Adding another panel not in the original draft counts as new work and will be billed accordingly.
The included revisions are only valid within 14 days of delivery and any revision after that is billed.
